NHRMA CONFERENCE - Register Now!

Portland State's HRMA is proud to be hosting the Annual NHRMA Student Conference on Saturday, April 21st. Every year the Northwest Human Resource Management Association (NHRMA) holds a special conference that allows students a special insight into the world of HR through speaker sessions and workshops. This year's theme is "Renewing Energy with Sustainable Human Resources." This is an excellent opportunity to take advantage of the on-campus locality of this year's event. This is also a great opportunity to attend an HR conference for those who will not be able to attend the national SHRM conference in Atlanta. Please see the agenda below for conference details.

The cost of admission is $50, however that is being reduced to only $35 for Portland State's HRMA members. Besides a full-day conference, you will enjoy a hosted lunch and banquet dinner. Another option for admission is to offer your volunteer services throughout the event.

To register, please visit www.nhrma.org, and click on the "2012 NHRMA Student Conference" link to find the registration form. The deadline for registration is April 13th, so please send in your registration forms as soon as possible. Registration forms can be turned in on campus. Contact Lisa Richards (Conference Chairperson) at ldijstabb@gmail.com for any further questions, or to pursue volunteer opportunities.
